McCain Rally in O'Fallon

I had the great opportunity to attend the McCain “Road to the Convention Rally” in O’Fallon with 20,000 friends. I was excited to get the rally going and see great men like Governor Mitt Romney, Governor Mike Huckabee, and of course Senator John McCain. I was also excited to get another peek at Governor Sarah Palin of Alaska, the first woman to be our party’s nominee for Vice President. Governor Palin is a rising star with an excellent conservative record and a history of governing in the best interest of the people. Senator John McCain showed his superb judgment in this historic move of picking Governor Palin as his running mate. I left the rally fired up for the McCain/Palin ticket and ready to elect these two great Americans on November 4th. A major reason for this is Governor Palin. Sarah Palin is a real woman running for the Vice Presidency. She is a wife and mother of five who doesn’t hide her femininity. Being a woman, wife, and mother has helped shaped who she is, being a great leader has given her this great opportunity. I stood in the crowd as a man held a young kid up to see the Governor speak and as he lowered the kid back to the ground, he leaned over and said “one day you could be up there”. Was that kid a young boy or a young girl? The truth is boy or girl/man or woman Governor Sarah Palin is the type of person we need fighting for us right along side Senator John McCain and I, a young Conservative Republican male, will be honored to give them my support this November.
